Two times a week, we provide following for properties that are headed to the tax deed auctions in Florida Counties:
- Gather all newly scheduled property records headed to auction
- Obtain the Owners Name & Mailing Address
- Determine Owner Type (Individual, Business, Deceased, Trust, Bank, etc)
- Determine Owner Occupancy (Owner Occupied, Absentee Owner, Outside of the U.S)
- Property Type (Single Family Residential, Vacant, Condo, etc)
- Download the Property Information Report from the County (O&E)
- Obtain a Street View or Satellite View of the Property
- Put the properties on a Map
- Create mailing labels for the properties, ready for you to print
We then put the products together into packages you can purchase. You can choose to purchase ALL New records that were not on the previous list, or choose only particular counties. We also have a Special Vacant Properties package. These are Vacant Properties with an Individual Owner with a U.S. Address.
