Currently, 37 out of the 67 Florida Counties offer the Ownership and Encumbrance Reports online, publicly available. On our County Information Pages, we have a link to each of those websites where you can obtain the O&E Reports on your own. You may also choose to have us provide the service of retrieving them for you so you can research them. However, we also provide Premium Post-Auction Records where we do the research for you.

This service is available ONLY to those with an Asset Recovery Membership.

We will obtain the O&E’s and research them to give you a list of properties that sold in auction which have over $2,000 in surplus, do not have mortgages or governmental liens… liens that will take most if not all of the surplus.

We do not create the O&E Reports, nor do we guarantee any information contained within. We simply obtain and/or research what the county provides.

POST-AUCTION PREMIUM RECORDS $2.00 EACH
Offered on all Post-Auction Records from the above counties with a surplus of $2,000 or more

We obtain the O&E Reports, research them all and provide you with:

• Owners Name and Address (if different from property address)

• If there are any governmental liens or mortgages that would take most or all of the surplus (We do not research the liens themselves but let you know what they are. Example: 2 liens to Duval County, 1 lien to City of Miami) and wherever possible, we will give you the Book and Page # of the lien so you can investigate)
