Currently, 38 Florida Counties offer the Ownership and Encumbrance Reports online, publicly available. On our County Information Pages, we have a link to each of those websites where you can obtain the O&E Reports on your own as well as a video showing you how to do so. However, we also offer the service of retrieving them for you. We do not create the O&E Reports, nor do we guarantee any information contained within. We simply obtain what the county provides.

We offer O&E retrieval for dates up to 3 weeks before an auction and any date after the auction.
