We only refresh the online posts and Map once a month, towards the end.
WHAT IS A REFRESH?
When you first receive the new tax deed properties list, the status of the properties headed to auction is current as of that day we do the gathering. We do not produce a new list until a month later, so in between those times, properties will redeem or the county might cancel/re-schedule an auction but you would not know unless you manually checked each record.
Therefore, you have the option of ordering a “Refresh” of the spreadsheet, where we visit each tax deed and update the status. There are approximately 1,200 NEW tax deed properties on our list each month so handling this yourself could become overwhelming.
