We collect new auction records every 2 weeks and put them onto our lists/tables, where you can export them into an Excel file. The records included on the tables are for counties that either hold their auctions online OR, they offer their Property Information Reports and other tax deed documents online.
For all other counties, where they have their auctions in-person and they do not currently have their documents online, we still gather their auction records but we do not format them to where they are placed onto our lists/tables. Instead, we offer them as PDF Documents, Word Documents or Excel Spreadsheets and place them all together in a zipped file. You can purchase them below. There will be a new set of updated auction records every 2 weeks, on Mondays.
