HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO COUNTY AUCTION PRODUCTS
Please choose each County you want to subscribe to and gain access to the Auction Products we create.
We determine monthly subscription fees using six (6) factors:

How often are auctions held in that county

How many tax deeds are typically up for auction

How difficult is it to gather the records
-
Does the county offer up the O&E/Title Reports online
-
Do the O&E/Title Reports show lien amounts and/or the actual document
-
Do you have to look up the lien with the Book and Page numbers
Please note that the monthly subscription amounts to the Auction Product Pages are in addition to the Membership Fee paid to access the County Pages. You can add/delete or cancel at any time. There are no contracts or term lengths.
As you add counties, the Total Monthly Subscription amount will show at the bottom. Once you choose all counties you want, click the Subscribe button
