Out of the 67 Counties in Florida, currently (as of 3/9/18), 39 hold their tax deed auctions in-person and 28 hold their tax deed auctions online. All 28 Online Counties offer their Ownership & Encumbrance Reports freely online so you can research ahead of time to see if there are tax deeds on which you want to bid.  Out of the 39 that are in person, there are 10 counties that offer the O&E Reports freely online so you can decide if any are worth the travel to participate in the in-person auction. For the 29 remaining In-Person counties, you need to contact their Clerk of Court office and request the O&E Reports. 

The County Pages on our site give you links to all of the websites or Clerk Contact Information where you can find the O&E Reports. 

*Special Note about Gadsden: They provide a list of the liens on their Auction Listings. However, they do not show amounts or Book & Page numbers. Therefore, you will still need to contact the Clerk of Court for that information.

Here is the breakdown: We separated the list into In-Person and Online Counties. 

• All counties in RED give you the O&E Reports freely online

• Counties with ** next to it do not give the starting bid online. You would need to contact the clerk

• As far as dealing with Tax Deed Auctions and/or Surplus, the counties that have ** are very difficult to deal with because you have to constantly contact the Clerk of Court for O&E, Starting Bid and Ending Bid
