We let you know IF a property has possible liens (because documents were mentioned on the Property Information Report) and if there are, we tell you what type (Federal, Governmental, Mortgage, Judgment, HOA or Other). We also give you the actual Property Information Report so you can research the liens and documents using the County Official Records website. With the Deep Dive Report, we actually perform all of the research for you.
HOW TO ORDER
Use the Custom Report Table to browse the current properties headed to a Tax Deed auction. Click the Insight icon for any record you would like and that will add them to your cart. Then you can checkout. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for your Custom Report to be complete, but typically much sooner.
Because of the fast nature in which tax deed properties can redeem, we offer this guarantee. At the time you purchase a custom report, we first check to make sure it has not redeemed yet. Then if the property DOES redeem between the time of your order and the time we deliver the Report, we will give you a discount code to apply towards another report.
