TAX DEED PROPERTIES
Every 2 weeks, we gather the records of all Tax Deed Properties that are scheduled in an auction.
We then add the Owner Name and Mailing Address.
These records are placed onto a table on our website with a few fields for your viewing, searching and filtering. You can download the full list with all fields as an excel Spreadsheet.

VIEW PROPERTIES ON OUR WEBSITE PAGES
You can also browse through the tax deed properties on our website, with each property having it’s own page

COUNTY INFORMATION PAGES
We have a page for each of the 67 counties in Florida. These pages give you everything you need to gather tax deed auction records for every county, research if there are liens, look up official records and more.
The pages are set up in a way that allows you to find and research properties you intend on buying at a Tax Deed Auction or contacting the owner to purchase the property before the auction happens.

DOWNLOAD PROPERTY INFORMATION REPORTS
When a county schedules a property in a tax deed auction, they create a “Property Information Report” (aka Title Report, Ownership & Encumbrance Report). These reports contain a wealth of information, including the Book/Page or Instrument numbers of documents that may be liens on the property. We obtain these reports from the counties and put them all into one central location for you to easily download from a link on the Surplus Table or on the Property Post page.
There are approximately 1,000 new properties scheduled each month so you trying to obtain them on your own is very time consuming and can become overwhelming.
DOWNLOAD FROM THE PROPERTY POST OR FROM THE TAX DEED RECORDS TABLE
